Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of myexpertnetwork.ai (the “Service”), operated by myexpertnetwork.ai. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Early access

The Service is in early access (alpha). It is provided “as is”, may change, and may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. Don’t rely on it as your sole record of important information.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 and use the Service for professional purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service unlawfully, abusively, or to harm others.
Don’t attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Don’t upload content you have no right to share.

4. Your content

You own the content you put into the Service (your profile, answers, messages). You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the Service for you — including sending it, at your direction, to the expert networks you respond to, and processing it with our AI providers to generate suggestions and prep.

5. Expert networks & compliance

The Service helps you manage your relationships with third-party expert networks, but we are not a party to your agreements with them. You remain responsible for complying with each network’s terms, NDAs, and compliance rules (for example, restrictions on confidential or material non-public information). The Service does not vet consultations and does not guarantee any engagement, payment, or outcome.

6. No professional advice

AI-generated content (such as call-prep briefs and answer suggestions) is provided to assist you and may be inaccurate. Review it before relying on or sending it. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

7. Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and myexpertnetwork.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or to protect the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; we’ll update the effective date and, for material changes, notify you.
